Today’s sessions may have been the best ones yet. I was calm, still and had almost no back pain. I tried a different breathing technique today, and I think it helped to keep me focused. I inhaled for 3 seconds, held my breath for 3 seconds, exhaled for 3 seconds, then held my breath again for 3 seconds. I repeated this for the enire 10 minutes, for both sessions. I don’t know if it was due to the breathing, but I feel slightly dazed right after each session.
